Notice is hereby given that an general meeting of members of St. Christopher’s Netball Club will be

held at 7.00pm on Thursday 20 November 2025, at Tompkins - 632 Canning Hwy, Alfred Cove WA 6154.

1. Previous meeting minutes accepted

2. Annual report, President

3. Financial report, Treasurer

4. Conflict of interest declaration (if any)

5. Election of office holders and other committee

6. If applicable, appoint or remove a reviewer or auditor for the club

NOTES

Nominations

A member who wishes to be considered for election to the Committee at the Annual General Meeting must nominate for election by sending written notice of the nomination to the Secretary at least 2 days before the Annual General Meeting.

A member may nominate for one specified position of office holder of the Club or to be an ordinary committee member.

Complete the attached nomination form and return by 5.00pm, 18 November 2025.

Who may vote

The Club consists of the classes of membership eligible to vote–

a) Senior playing member;

b) Junior playing member (one parent or guardian);

c) Non-playing member (Committee Member)

d) Hall of Fame member;

e) Life member

Not Eligible to vote

The Club consists of the classes of membership ineligible to vote–

• Any non-playing member who is not a committee member, life member, or hall of fame member, does not have voting rights.

• Associate - Social Members, do not have voting rights.
