Notice is hereby given that an general meeting of members of St. Christopher’s Netball Club will be held at 7.00pm on Wednesday 06 November 2024, at Fremantle Netball Association Hall.

2. Annual report, President
3. Financial report, Treasurer
4. Election of office holders and other committee
5. If applicable, appoint or remove a reviewer or auditor for the club
NOTES
Nominations
A member who wishes to be considered for election to the Committee at the Annual General Meeting must nominate for election by sending written notice of the nomination to the Secretary at least 2 days before the Annual General Meeting.

A member may nominate for one specified position of office holder of the Club or to be an ordinary committee member.
​
Complete the attached nomination form and return by 5.00pm, 4 November 2024.

Who may vote
Club members may vote.
​
The Club consists of the classes of membership –
a) Senior playing member;
b) Junior playing member (one parent or guardian);
c) Non-playing member (Coach, Umpire, Team Manager, Committee Member);
d) Hall of Fame member;
e) Life member
