The Coaching and Player Development (CAPD) program supports Saints teams in reaching their full potential. CAPD collaborates with the Fremantle Netball Association (FNA) on team grading and placement, while offering specialised training to improve both on-court skills and sideline strategies. CAPD also helps teams organise targeted focus sessions and provides conflict resolution support for players and coaches.

CAPD Roles

  • Trials and team selections

  • Grading issues

  • Coaching enquiries

  • Player development enquiries

  • Team fill in / playing up

  • Player behavioural issues

Our CAPD also helps allocate team managers and coaches, ensuring every team has the support it needs to thrive. Since all roles within our club are volunteer-based, we rely on our community to step up and help.  Each team requires a team manager which is to be filled from within the team, a coach, and an umpire. Whether you’re a parent, player, or supporter, your involvement makes a huge difference. By working together, we create a positive and successful environment for everyone!

If you require assistance with any of the above or are interested in finding out more about how to be a coach or attain coaching accreditation, please contact us: CDC@stchristophersnetballwa.com
